Join A RUNNING LIST for a 5km community run and puppy yoga hosted by Puppy Sphere on Saturday, August 16th.

Start/End Location: 639 Queen Street West | Puppy Sphere Toronto. Buzzer 3024. 3rd floor.

Schedule:

8:15 a.m. - Meet at start location. Bag drop available to safely store items during the run.

8:40 a.m. - The run starts (Pace 6 - 7 min/km)

9:15 a.m. - Return to Puppy Sphere

9:30 a.m. - 30 minutes of puppy yoga and 10 minutes of puppy social time

10:10 a.m. - End of experience

Note: Complementary yoga mat is provided for the session.

Cost: Purchase of a ticket is required for attendance of the event. There are limited spots available.

Optional & weather dependant: If you’d like to extend your morning fun, join us in checking out the Toronto Flower Market after the puppy yoga session!

All attendees must sign the following waiver before joining the session.
